Where we ship
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Processing time
Orders placed Mon–Fri are typically prepared within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.
UK delivery options
- Standard (2–3 working days) — £2.99
- Express (1–2 working days) — £4.99 with tracking.
- Free shipping — orders over £25 (Standard).
Delivery timeframes are estimates from the courier once dispatched.
Tracking
Tracking is included with Express and may be added to Standard at checkout where available.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If something’s off, contact us ASAP so we can help before dispatch.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo so we can put it right.
